At Alovi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to help. Below you will find our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy that outlines the steps to request a return, exchange, or refund for various scenarios.
1. General Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
2. Return & Refund Scenarios We accept returns and process refunds in the following cases:
A. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Eligibility: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
- Process: Please contact us at support@alovi.store within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and a photo of the issue (damaged or incorrect product).
- Resolution: Once your claim is approved, we will offer you the choice of a full refund, a replacement item, or store credit. We will cover the return shipping costs.
B. Items Not Arriving
- Eligibility: If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery time, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Process: Please contact us at support@alovi.store with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate the issue with the carrier.
- Resolution: If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full refund or ship a replacement at no additional cost.
C. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@alovi.store. We will process a full refund, and no cancellation fees will apply.
- After Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please refer to our general return process. Once you receive the item, you may return it in accordance with our return policy, and we will process a refund (minus the shipping costs).
D. Changing Your Mind
- Eligibility: If you decide to return an item simply because you’ve changed your mind, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition (unused and in its original packaging).
- Process: Contact us at support@alovi.store to initiate the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case.
- Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, excluding the original shipping charges.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@alovi.store with your order number and reason for return. In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please include photos.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
4. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or customized items
5. Refund Methods Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: Alovi will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Changed Mind or Unwanted Items: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
